By visiting Desires by Mikolay web site, you acknowledge that this privacy policy is part of the terms of service. Using this site signifies your agreement to Desires by Mikolay privacy policy.
In order to serve you better, Desires by Mikolay collects and stores
limited amount of personal information volunteered by you when creating
an account at our online store. You are required to create an account
only if you wish to complete an online purchase.
When creating your account, we collect and store your first and last name, shipping address, phone number, and email address. We also store your username, your password in encrypted format, and security question and hint. Your credit card information is not stored in any part of our system. Our web server does not collect any of your domain information. Our system does not use HTTP cookies. 
Your personal information is used to process your orders, speed up your checkout procedure, and allow you to view
your past orders. Credit card information supplied during the checkout procedure is securely transmitted to a secure
online payment gateway which completes the transaction and does not store any of your information.
Your email address is used to send you order confirmations, any other order related correspondence, and other Desires by Mikolay special offers and promotions. If you wish not to receive these special offers and promotions, you can always opt-out by clicking on "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of your email. Desires by Mikolay does not share any of your personal information with any third party without your explicit permission. We do not partner with or have special relationships with any ad server companies. 
You may change your personal information, and your password using "My Account" feature of the online store.
If you forget your password you can use the login page "Forgot your password?" link to get your password reset
upon correctly answering the security question.
Desires by Mikolay implements secure coding practices in order to safeguard your personal information. All information
is stored on a secure server, and all the transactions are encrypted and transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL).
Authorized Desires by Mikolay employees have limited access to your personal information in order to process your orders.
We will repair damaged merchandise. If you have a repair, please contact customer service at 914-238-2223 to obtain a return authorization. All merchandise is gaurenteed for a time period of 1 year. We are able to repair all pieces on premises as our flagship store offers a full repair shop. Please allow 2-4 weeks for repairs.
We stand behind the quality of our merchandise. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns of unused, undamaged merchandise for a full refund within 30 days provided the merchandise is accompanied by your original receipt. All sale merchandise is Final Sale. All returns of merchandise purchased on this website require prior authorization. Please call (914) 238-2223 to obtain a Return Authorization. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Desires cannot be responsible for return merchandise prior to our receipt. We therefore suggest that you insure all parcels. Refunds generally appear on you credit card statement in one to two billing periods. without advanced notice. If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on this page so that
you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we disclose it.
Standard orders are processed the next business day (Monday through Friday, not including holidays), pending credit card authorization and verification. Orders shipped via standard delivery should arrive in 7-14 business days. Some of our pieces are handcrafted and require a delivery time of 4-6 weeks. In which case, you will be notified immediately of any delay. We thank you for your patience.
For orders $1000 and under:
All pieces are insured through Fedex for there full replacement value. You may track your order via the Past Orders section of your online account. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped UPS 2 day. We do not ship to international or PO address. For overnight delivery, orders must be submitted Monday through Friday by 12PM ET. Overnight delivery orders placed on Thursday after 12PM ET through Friday 12PM ET will arrive on Monday. Overnight delivery orders placed on Friday after 11AM ET and over the weekend will arrive on Tuesday. We do not offer overnight delivery to Alaska, Hawaii.$10 Fedex Expressaver $20 Fedex 2-Day $30 UPS Overnight Shipping over $1000 is complimentary.
