We take great care in packaging and shipping your jewelry. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed, as shipping timelines depend on carrier performance and destination. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
For high-value items, we may require signature confirmation upon delivery. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate, as we are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by you.
We want you to love your jewelry. Desires by Mikolay offers a 30-day return policy on all in-stock items. Refund method depends on your original form of payment: purchases made by cash or check are eligible for a full refund, and purchases made by credit card are eligible for an exchange or store credit. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition as determined by our staff.
